Join Gurmukh, Guru Dev, Guru Singh, and Snatam kaur for a Kundalini Yoga
Festival on 11/11/11 in Rishikesh, India ~ a 7-day celebration of music and
Kundalini Yoga on the holy banks of the Mother Ganga.
How could you call these 3ho's followers as Sikhs who perform hawan and other Brahminical rituals for cheap publicity?
I was
shocked this morning to see 3HOers have persuaded the Shepherd's Bush Gurdwara
in London(the first Gurdwara established in UK) to host the "Great British
Kundalini Yoga Festival". Please write these brothers and sisters and
explain that as Sikhs we do not do such unSikh Like activities in the Gurdwara
or put pictures of Yogis above Siri Guru Granth Sahib as in the pic.

A disciple of Yogi Harbhajan Singh, highly qualified but chose the easy way to earn by teaching Yoga to American Sikhs. They know, they can't teach their Yoga to Indian Sikhs because it is forbidden in Sikhism like idol worship and Sikhs in India do not practice Yoga. By teaching to western Sikhs they can earn dollars, so they preach there in western countries only.
Is this some 3HO Yogi Bhajan fire pooja
they're doing at their "Winter Solstice" event? I found this at 3HO's
flicker photo link, maybe somebody can fill us in on what they are doing?
Whatever it is, It sure isn't part of Sikhism;

The true name of the timeless god is called as
Waheguru in Sikhism. SATNAM WAHEGURU, means thy name Waheguru is true-is made MANTRA by these so called
yogis whereas the true qualities of God are described in MOOL MANTRA or BASIC CREED in Guru Granth Sahib
Ji as ....
IK ONKAR SATNAM KARTA PURAKH NIRBHAO NIRVAIR AKAL
MOORAT AJUNI SAI BHANG GUR PARSAD !!
This is the Mool-Mantra or the basic creed of Sri
Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Means “God is one, he is supreme, Eternal reality,
Creator, Purusha, without fear, without rancour, timeless form, Unborn,
Self-existent, realized through Divine Grace. ”Sayeth Naanak O, Searcher after
Truth, meditate on the name. WAHEGURU, God the Boundless Divine Reality, the
remover of the veil of ignorance from the human mind, who was true and self-existent
before creation, was the through all the ages (yugas), is true now, and shall
be true and self-existent for all times to come.

There are many sabads in gurbani to
heal and cure but this practice of meditation is condemned by sikh Gurus so in
the name of Akal Purakh Waheguru --- please stop this false approach of meditation
which is against Sikh life.
This practice of meditation is
accepted by yogis in Hindu religion but no Sikh Guru ever promoted it. Gurbani
condemns it. If you people wish, i can give you many examples here on this wall
too.
Just for healing and get cured, read
the sabad-- Bhailo mahalla-5, Rog kawan ja rakhe aap !! tis jan hoye ne dukh santaap

Leslie Kaur Khalsa writes to Ajmer Singh Randhawa;
I am extremely disheartened by
this thread, my dear brothers. Have you forgotten Guru Nanak's words about
people being neither Hindus nor Muslims? He saw the Oneness of God--which
God dwelled in all.
Why are you trying to cause a
separation when we have been instructed to come together as Khalsa?
Your scrutiny of 3HO prevents
you from seeing the miracle that God has performed: that an American girl like me,
born in the mid-west (Ohio) would bow before the Siri Guru Granth Sahib, never
having bowed to God before in this life-time.
You are visualizing
ill-will where there is none, except whatever ugliness and disharmony your own
words are creating. 3HO is an organization through which many people have
learned of the teachings of the Gurus; it has brought light into the darkness.
I have never thought of myself
as a part of 3HO even though it is, in fact, the organization through which my
knowledge of Sikhism began. In the United States, the statutes require
that religious groups jump through a series of legal hoops to function as
non-profit organizations. You sound as if you may simply be uninformed
about the way things work in the United States.
Ajmer Singh to Leslie :
Somewhere you gave good suggestions too. Who is an organization which
preaches Sikhism in western countries? But they do not introduce the true
Sikhism. If they practice Yoga-they may but they are not supposed to produce it
in relations with Sikh religion. This act of there is anti-Sikh and needs to be
condemned.
We have strong objection on their idol worship. You just visit to the
website of Gursant Singh and see yourself. Idol worship is forbidden in Sikhsim
and they do worship. Why?
Snatam kaur went to Haridwar and did Aarti . What message she gave to
public ? Was it not that Sikhs are part of Hinduism? How could she do it? Was
not she aware the Aarti in SGGS which was performed by Guru Nanak ji in
Jagannath puri (Orissa). It was not according to Hindus but was sung in the
temple by Guru Nanak. Guru ji also went to Haridwar and preached against the
Hindu ritual of giving water to their Sun god?
Then how dared she to perform Aarti in full bana?
Pritpal Singh sent this note to Ajmer Singh Randhawa,
"Dear Singh Sahib Ajmer Singh Ji,
Let me give U a little tiny background about Sikh dharma in western Hemmisphere.
Yogi Bhajan came to USA. Young people were going through the biggest
struggle in this country like Sikh youth is going through in Punjab.
They were hippies engrossed in smoking dope, drinking liquor and
engaging in awful sexual practices and living in very unhealthy life style.
They were rebelling against their parents, society, religion and country. They
were angry and desperately looking for a better life style. If you study it you
will have sympathy with them because their religious leaders and parents had
let them down. They were absolutely sick of hypocrisy within their own culture
like we are going through. Many spiritual teachers came from India at the same time
within a few years apart. Like Hare Krishna movement and Rajneesh movements were
the biggest. There were many-many Indian Sikhs living in this country but no
one could bring young Americans to come and study Sikh religion. Yogi Bhajan somehow
started teaching yoga to get them out of their drug addictions because it was
the best thing for them to get healthy and also there was a big movement taking
birth about yoga in this country. So through yoga he introduced them
to Nam Simran, kirtan, chanting and reading the scriptures.
He did the best he could and now this movement has been going on for
close to 40 years.
You will be glad to know that Sikhism through American Sikhs is
spreading all over Europe and South America. It may take
them many-many years to become real khalsa but lots of people are at least
learning about Sikhism from them.
Dr. Trilochan Singh talks
about this very same misinterpretation of Gurbani by Yogi Bhajan and now
3HO:
http://www.facebook.com/l/b6fcf;gurmukhyoga.com/forum/index.php?mode=page&id=1
The learned writers of this article quote or rather misquote from the English
translation of Guru Granth by Manmohan Singh, but the main source of their
theories and knowledge about the Kundalini Yoga is The Sacred Eye of A Sikh and
that Sikh ostensibly is Yogi Bhajan who has added as long inauthentic titles to
his name as his holy robes. He is their only and indisputable authority. To a
Writer like me who has spent the last thirty-five years of his life studying
Sikh history, theology and mysticism at the feet of the most eminent exponents
of Sikh theology and mysticism on the basis of all the published and
unpublished works of the last four hundred years, this article was highly
disturbing and full of shocking errors. This article further created in me deep
interest to do thorough research work in all the written material produced by
Yogi Bhajan about his mission of his own peculiar Yoga and his own cult of
Sikhism.
My lectures on Sikh mysticism had attracted considerable attention, and
daily invitations from various religious groups every evening left me little
time to concentrate on writing. And yet so agonizing and shocking are the
ingenious yoga fantasies, prophecies, distortions of Gurbani, and misquotations
from Sikh scriptures, recorded in these Journals that I spent many-many sad
days and sleepless nights brooding over the innocence and blissful ignorance of
the Americans, who unfortunately have been accepting every odd brain wave of
Yogi Bhajan as Gospel Truth. No matter what he says or writes, it sends
vibrations and magnetic waves through their mind, body and soul, and according
to their conviction every vibration stimulates their pituitary and pineal
glands. To be frank, these 3HO writings have seriously hurt my conscience and
sense of responsibility as a Writer and Historian, and disturbed my peace of
mind.
I am extremely worried about the manner in which Yogi Bhajan teaches
Sikhism to American young men and women whose sincerity, nobility of purpose,
and rare passion for oriental wisdom and genuine mystical experiences is
unquestionably unique. I do not care what fantastic interpretations of
Kundalini Yoga he gives, the like of which I have never read in any Tantra
text, nor known from any living Tantric scholar. I am not prepared to take
seriously his newly invented Guru Yoga in which his pious and uncritical
followers must concentrate on a particular picture of Yogi Bhajan, which
practice is called mental beaming. And this meditation picture of Yogi Bhajan,
according to Art authority of 3HO, is best prepared "with colored
background cut to fit around Yogi ji's face. Although there are specific colors
which can be used on given days of the week and for their different effects,
the color orange, as in the Adi Shakti, is recommended." (For details see
Chapter 2.) Nor is it my intention to question Yogi Bhajan, the only
Maha-Tantric in the world, as to how did he become a Maha-Tantric and more so,
the only Maha-Tantric in the world when he first claimed in the early copies of
the Beads of Truth to be a disciple of Sant Virsa Singh of Delhi, an illiterate
saint who calls himself a Sant and not a Tantric. What I am worried about is
the serious damage Yogi Bhajan continues to do, in spite of the fact that he
has attracted many zealous seekers of spiritual experience anxious to know the
best that is in Sikhism, to understand Sikh mantras, Sikh symbols and many
firmly established Sikh traditions. With very few reference books available to
me during my three months of travels in the U.S.A. where it was not
possible to find even the Vars of Bhai Gurdas in any Gurdwara, I have done my
best to document everything mostly from memory. I have, however, taken care to
record the correct views of Sikh theology, philosophy and mysticism, as depicted
in Sikh scriptures and as explained by theologians and mystics of indisputable
reputation, so that it may be clear to the readers, and more so to the
followers of Yogi Bhajan that the Path of Tantra is the antithesis of the Path
of Sikhism. In the end, I will comment on some of the fantastic claims of Yogi
Bhajan, that he has been able to achieve what even Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth
and last prophet of Sikhs, could not achieve.
Chapter II
Yoga Terminology in Sikh Scriptures
The learned Writers of the article, "The Secret Science of Yoga as
Seen Through the Eyes of a Sikh," make a sweeping statement which is
extremely misleading. They say, "It is also true that Yogic terminology
and the objectives of Yogic practices was totally in accord with the realization
which Guru Nanak was sharing during his life time." [Sikh Sansar, March 77
p 28) The mere fact that Guru Nanak has used the word 'yoga' a number of times
and also some other words from other Hindu and Islamic systems, does not in the
least indicate that the Sikh Gurus either subscribed to these systems or
adopted them in any subtle or crude form in Sikhism.
"We find in Sikh scriptures such terms as Sahajya, Sunya, Turiya,
Anhada Nirvana, Samadhi, Omkar, which had their origin in early Vedic literature
and acquired their basic philosophic content in Upanishads and Mahabharata.
These very terms underwent a dramatic trans valuation of values under Jainism,
Buddhism, Shiva ism and Nathpanthi Yogi cults. Two thousand years after the
death of Buddha the creative genius of Sikh Gurus redefined these terms; in the
light of their divine experiences there was once more Transvaluation of values.
Not only were the terms and concepts emerging from Hindu Buddhist traditions
redefined by the Gurus in the light of their own philosophy and mystical
experiences, but even such terms from Islamic tradition as namaz, kalma,
ma'arfat, tariqat, haqiqat, sidaq, were redefined and given new meaning and
content. Those who see these terms in the Sikh scriptures
and rush to the conclusion that the Sikh Gurus borrowed them from older
religions or creeds in their classical sense, express grave ignorance either of
the Sikh doctrines or of the philosophic and religious system from which they
are borrowed or of both."
Yogi Bhajan's Kundalini theorists go to the impossible and improper
length to rationalize their own un-Sikhlike practices, haphazardly taken from
Hindu systems, and oddly practiced in their ashrams, and project them as the
real practices of the Khalsa. The article in question and several others
which will be quoted in this booklet are a clear example of this conscious and
deliberate distortion. The Sikh Gurus used three methods to extend their moral
and spiritual affinity with other faiths and yet give distinctive philosophic
contents to traditional themes and terms. This method was adopted by Buddha
earlier. One of these methods was to tell the people, be such a Brahmin, be
such a Yogi, be such a sannyasin.
Be Such a Brahmin
A true Brahmin is one who grasps Brahm;
Meditation on God and self-control are his daily routine; His religious
observances are right conduct And an unfretting heart. He removes the sensual
chains that bind the soul. Such a Brahmin deserves all praise and honor.
Guru Nanak, Slok Vadhik 16, p 141"

"Yogi Bhajan
used numerology to select the names for 3HO people according to the planets at
the time of birth. This is completely against Sikh teachings. The Sikh Gurus
condemned the occult and these Brahimn practices.

Yogi Bhajan wore huge gemstones for their so called “yogic energy and power".
Yogi Bhajan adorned himself with these yogic rings and precious gems for
different days of the week. Yogi Bhajan covered up the fact that these days are
represented by different Hindu deities and the practice of wearing these yogic
rings is really only the Hindu idea of pacifying the various gods and
goddesses. Not only this, Yogi Bhajan used astrology and numerology in choosing
these yogic rings. Yogi Bhajan believed the gemstones had "energy
affects" and influenced our destiny, thinking and actions.
Yogi Bhajan shown here on Sikhnet wearing a yogic ring for power
Yogi Bhajan’s wearing and promoting
yogic rings is yet another Hindu practice camouflaged in the sheep’s clothing
of "Aquarian or New Age spiritual thinking”. These things should not be
practiced by Sikhs of the Guru. As Sikhs we should rely on the Guru alone for
strength as Guru Arjan so beautifully states:
I have learnt the technique of true Yoga from the divine Guru. The True
Guru has revealed this technique with the Light of the divine Word. Within my
body He has revealed the Light that pervades all the regions of the earth. To
this Light within me I bow and salute every moment. The initiation of the Guru
are my Yogic rings and I fix my mind steadfastly on the One Absolute God.
(A. G. Guru Arjan, Gaudi, p 208)
The following is taken from "Sikhism and Tantric Yoga" by Dr.
Trilochan Singh.
We quote Yogi Bhajan on Precious Stones and rings, which for him are his
status symbol, and for possessing which he expends quite a lot of his energy
and ingenuity. He says in Beads, Summer 1972, "Precious stones are not
precious because the rich wear them and the poor do not. Rather, they are
precious because when cut in the proper way they concentrate sun energy and can
transmit to the individual through the skin. Hence most rings are worn on the
ring finger. The quality of energy channeled by each stone differs and so does
its effect on the individual. Stones also correspond to the planets and serve
in mediating the scattered energy which comes from retrograding planets."
Yogi Bhajan has given the following comments on stones.
Ruby (Sun) concentrates the heart of the sun's rays.
Moonstone and Pearls (Moon) help balance out too much sun energy. They
are commonly worn by Libra.
Diamond (Venus and practically everything) can concentrate miles of sun
rays into one beam. Recently in Los Angeles someone was robbed of 100,000 worth of
jewel within 72 hours.
Emerald (Mercury) has wonderful effect on the brain and is a cooling stone.
Good luck for everyone. Coral (Mars) is for balancing positive and negative
forces.
Topaz (Jupiter) is a good luck stone.
Blue Sapphire (Saturn) can give so much energy to a person that he
becomes negative. Those who are interested in details can read the Journal
Beads, Summer 1972, p. 16. I do not know what is the opinion of the Jewelers on
these statements but from the point of Sikhism these notions are worthless
absurdities.
Yogi Bhajan does not wear the earrings of the Nath Panthi Yogis, but he
wears precious gold rings (sometimes two and sometimes three) heavily studded
with jewels, and cannot help displaying them ostentatiously, probably as a
symbol of wealth acquired through the techniques of Tantric Yoga, which he
sacrilegiously identifies with the techniques of Sikh mysticism. Bhai Gurdas,
however, makes it clear to all Sikhs of all ages that Yoga asanas and yoga
techniques are absolutely useless and unnecessary for Sikh meditations and the
spiritual path of Sikhism:
jog jugat gursikh gurs am jhay a
The Guru has himself explained to the Sikhs the technique of true Yoga,
and it is this: A Sikh must live in such a moral and spiritual poise that while
hoping and waiting he ceases to aspire or crave for low ambitions and remains
unconcerned and detached. He should eat little and drink little. He should
speak little and never waste time in nonsensical discussion. He should sleep
little at night and keep away from the snare of wealth. He should never crave
avariciously after wealth and property.
Bhai Gurdas, Var 20 / 15
We still have very eminent scholars and saints who practice and live according to the Essentials of the Sikh Path with utter humility and devotion. They do not wear long robes. They do not wear gold and diamond rings. They do not contaminate Sikh doctrines and practices with practices of creeds and cults which are repulsive to Sikhism and strictly prohibited. There are piles and piles of correct interpretations of the Sacred Writings of the Sikhs written first by the great contemporaries of the Gurus like Bhai Gurdas, Bhai Mani Singh, Bhai Nand Lai, and our own contemporaries like Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh and Bhai Vir Singh. They not only interpreted it but lived it and suffered for it like living martyrs, never seeking anything but the Grace of God and the Gurus as a reward."
Yoga is a lame attempt to bypass the methods explained in Gurbani to
become jivan mukta.
3ho can't hide all their beaadbi and manmat now that people are aware of the
hidden agenda by these hippies trying to sell yoga under Sikh banner.
Yoga for money = 3ho
Idolatry is
forbidden in Sikhism, yet a golden statue of an idol adorns the entranceway to
the 3HO Gurdwara in Espanola not more than 20 feet from the Sikhnet.com
offices. This is a Hindu practice and the idol should be removed from this Sikh
Gurdwara. For more photos and information see:
Some 3ho people add
their old names, some are like Robert Singh some have sat gaga Singh Moore etc
some use a Sikh sounding name when on fb or at yoga class but are Betty sure
when not around Sikhs, some convert to Christianity yet still use Khalsa as a
last name. 3ho r very confused. (As Leslie Kaur Khalsa)
I think
the last name "Khalsa" is wrong, now if someone says khalsaji jarnail
singh bindranwale etc then that's adding respect to him but the last name as
Khalsa is foolish. The same as Babaji pointed out of the foolish
"darshvader sinh Khalsa" he is a blasphemous heretic yet he likes the
last name as Khalsa.
Yogi puri gave
people weird names and now they have u fill out a form with all yet birth date
n time etc n the do a Hindu jyotish star calculation to give these yoga
students a play name. So their name is manmat n they don't go to SGGS for
Gurmat hukamnama for a name (if they want a Sikh name they should legally
change it n denounce their old name)
The nitnaym of
99% of 3ho is just do japji then go do yoga and the reharaas version of anand
sahib. Most don't do Panj bania paat. They do anmritvela to enhance their yoga,
it doesn't even mean they all do anmritvela either. 3ho make propaganda videos
to appear mainstream. Watch the video on Gursant singhs wall about yogi Puri's
own words of his motive of "stealing the 5000 year old secret" yogi Puri
implies that he is the final polish of Sikhi. Yogi heretic Puri's manmat is
totally blasphemous.
3ho uses Hindu
Brahmin tactics.
THE KHALSA
Inspired by
devotion, And awake to His Light, Singing perpetually, The Name of the Lord
Absorbed in His splendor, Absorbed in His love; Even in error Never believing
In fasts and tombs, Temples and idols, Or anything but The devotion to the One:
Caring not even for Compassion or charity If God's thought be not in them;
Caring not for penances, Nor for bathings, In the holy places. Discarding all
yoga practices: Such a Child of Light, Such a paragon, Such a complete Man,
Fully enlightened In heart and soul, To be the pure, the Khalsa Is worthily
deemed. Guru Gobind Singh: Thirty Three Swaiyas 1.
A cardinal
principal of Sikhism is that God does not incarnate on Earth, does not have any
form and is not anthropomorphic. Sikhism completely disavows that God has
incarnated on Earth and assumed human form. Consequently according to Sikhism statue
representations of God or other divines are false. To assert that God is
anthropomorphic and that God can be represented in a statue is contrary to
Sikhism and is a heretical fable. Therefore by displaying this statue of a yogi
or deity in front of a Sikh Gurdwara 3ho Sikhs are committing a sacrilegious
act against the cardinal pillar of Sikhism.
Secondly, Sikhism
completely disavows the utility of yogas, fasts, pilgrimages, rituals and all
other types of mystification manufactured by man. These acts are a poisonous
salve for superstitious sheep who believe that the formula of ritual will lead
to salvation. Rituals and idols satisfy the carnal senses and do nothing more.
Rituals and idols are metaphysical chronology. It is hogwash. All of these
statues and images of Yogi Bhajan and Hindu gods installed in and around 3ho
Gurdwaras is an obscenity according to Sikhism and should be removed.
Images
of various Hindu gods at 3HO Sikh Gurdwaras are revered with religious devotion
and should be removed.
By displaying
idols, 3HO shows absolutely no respect for the rivers of blood that have been
shed by innumerable martyrs to preserve the Sikh faith.
I saw a video
done by a show called desi dna that comes on BBC on 3ho.they say the founder
was a yoga teacher who had no intention of preaching Sikhi but was there to do
business. He was Sikh & was from Punjab. he was respected by students
& some started dressing up like him & showed interest in becoming
a Sikh. They chose to b 1 coz their teacher was 1. Sikhi is hence secondary to
them. though they never miss Amritvella & Nitnem. I respect that. But on
the down side, they twist Sikh traditions & way of life to suit their
needs. This is hurting us. They are a
business org. For sure, no doubt about
that prosper. may god bless u. But plz stop hurting ur fellow
followers of Sikhism, for whom it is more than yoga or anything else.
The thing is Kundalni is dormant. You need Hatha Yoga to wake it up and
it is very hard and 99 out of 100 people will go crazy. And you can wake it up
by reading Bani and that is the easiest. There are many methods to wake it up.
So why taking the risk to wake it up by doing yoga. And the Yoga you see
on TV is not the real yoga so is the kind of bussiness. And Guru Granth Sahib
Ji says, is that there is one God.

The base of Sikh
religion is not from Vedas. The concept of 'Vedas truthfulness' and supremacy is
not accepted in Sikh religion.
The Sikhs
neither eat the ex-creata (dung) of cows, drink it's urine nor clean their
houses by the dung of cows to purify. Sikhs are also not ready to perform any
Gomedh Yagna, they also do not call the visitors as 'Goghn.'
Now get some
preaching from Gurbani on Shiva....Worship of Idols………Being the followers of
Saakar Brahm, Hindus make Idols of their Deities, Gods and Goddesses to worship
by establishing these Idols as there ISHT or God. Mohsin Phaani, who was
in India during the rule of Akbar, writes that there are neither
statues nor any place to worship Idols in Sikh temples. How could there be a
statue (IDOL) of mere stone be kind and helpful, or fulfill the desires of
followers? In his book,'Dabistan-e-majahab', he writes, "Sikhs do not
enchant the Mantras or Salokas of Hindus which are written in Sanskrit
language, (considered as Dev-baani or language of deities), and not placed
supreme by Sikhs. He also writes, "Naanak panthi which are called Sikhs do
not have any faith in idols or statues and their temples.
The important
evidence is no Sikh Guru ever laid foundation of any temple or worshipped any
statue in their life. The worship of idols is forbidden in Sikh religion.

There is no
place to worship or bow before the Idols in any such temple. This practice is
strictly restricted by Gurus.
(10) Worshipment
of Snakes, Rodents, Oxen, Monkeys, even Shamsaan and Sati's even LING POOJA
(sex-symbol) is not spared and common in Hindu religion, whereas this practice
of worshipping is condemned and strictly restricted in Sikh religion.
Devotees of Sri
Guru Granth Sahib Ji believe they must control the animal instincts of
Pride/Ego, Anger/Temper, Greed/Urges,
Attachment/Dependency
and Lust/Addiction. Sikhs should take Amrit and read Gurbani. Lust, anger,
egotism, jealousy and desire are only eliminated by chanting the Name of the
Lord.
By all these
quotients, examples and arguments it is established that the Sikhs have there
own independent identity as a separate nation (KAUM) and Sikhism is a religion
to worship the almighty by the way shown to them by their Gurus.

Guru Gobind Singh Ji says, "Mahadev ko kahat sadaa
Shiv !! Nirankaar ka cheenat nahin Bhiv !! (Chaupai, Patshahi 10 )
Means the people
who call Mahadev as Sadaa Shiv or the almighty lord, are they not feared of
God. Parampita Parmaatma is creator of all deities, Durga, Shiv, Vishnu,
Brahma, Raam,or Krishna all are his creations. They themselves are
not Gods. God or Waheguru is master of all. He can only be truely worshipped by
his true name. Sikh Gurus and Guru Granth Saahib Ji inspires the WORD OF GOD.
Sikhhu sabad piaario !! janam maran ki tek !!
Mukh ujjal sadd sukhi !! Naanak simrat ek !!
So wake up
before you get late. Follow his preeching and obey him. Sikhs do not seek MOKSHA/FINAL REST but believe
and hope to relax in GURU_CHARNI. He always seeks
the presence of GURU IN LIFE AND AFTER HIS
LIFE. Get baptized with AMRIT to purify your
soul and get rid of sins you earned, worship only one almighty
God--WAHEGURU, the omnipresent. FOLLOW THE TRUE
PATH OF LIFE.
Is the hanuman
not a monkey God?
Do the Hindus
not worship the Ling (Prick) of their Lord Shiva? Please read full story of

There is only
one Sikhi—the main Sikh stream which was started by the founder and first
Guru—Guru Nanak Dev ji. He himself opposed the worship of Brahminical rituals

as he was indulged in anti Sikh activities. His sect is known as Udasi Samprda
which is not recognized as Sikhs.

The 10th Guru

is going on with it other than probably new people coming in old people hanging
out or leaving either to get into Sikhi or back into the world.

We Indians never
do yoga other than the Sanyasi people who have denounced world and living in
hermitages.
A very few
people practice yoga. So are we not healthy?
Well just for
keeping you healthy ig you do yoga-no harm but if you accept it as a Sikh
concept--then certainly there is no place for Yoga in Sikhism.
Guru Nanak Dev
ji himself has denounced it in Sidh Goshat when he says ‘Naave ka nibeda sun tu
Audhoo Bin naave jog na hoi !' means that without thy true naam, one can not
achieve anything in Yoga.
Just read my
blogs http://boonoflife.blogspot.com/ & the
other one in Punjabi if you know http://superbsoflife.blogspot.com/
Ranjit Singh
Matharu to Ajmer Singh Randhawa;
yoga has focusing
& stretching techniques similar to those in martial arts. Sikh
traditionally didn't do yoga, though they meditate, they practiced a martial
art so fierce that the British banned it in their raj.Sikh, despite of having a
very small population, contributed in disproportionately large numbers for the
freedom struggle,& in the armed forces. unquestionably, the Sikh form the
biggest fighting force in India. Now please don't say meditation is yoga! Yoga
is helpful but please don't brag!"
Pritam Singh to Ajmer Singh Randhawa;
I know about
Quakers, Mormons, puritans, etc. the whole philosophy of christianity is almost
the same in mythology as Hindu, God isn't a male with a beard, heaven isn't some
cloud city with a gate, god didn’t make a devil that is able to
"possess" people and god can't cast him away, women were not created
for Adams rib, god doesn't have a "son", god isn't jealous etc. I
could go on and on. If u accept the basics of Christianity means u are not
Sikh, to be a Sikh read the first stanza of rehat (u cannot owe allegiance to
any other faith) whether or not u create a new sect it is never compatible to
Sikhi, the 3ho version makes it but in reality Sikhi is totally unique and has simple
tenants to make one a Sikh.
Khalsa as a last
name destroys the greatness of the Khalsa panth because people aren't even a
Khalsa, it's the same as having "the saint of god" as a last name yet
drunk and depressed out not living up to the name (every single American I
known that got divorced changed their name back to maiden name immediately when
they got divorced) Khalsa is a difficult name to live up to and 99% don't live
up to it.
Gurbani must be
studied not just read, paath means study (not just recite) vichaar means to
contemplate (not just think) gurbani vichar is what most people lack and become
susceptible to falling away from Sikhi. People that don't understand Gurbani
are the ones that spend minimum time studying. Do u know how stupid we all servings
u study Gurmat and Gurbani? Everyone of
us are completely idiots. Dedication is life long Akal purakh knows who will
follow thru with their religious convictions the rest never truly made the true
commitment.
People
shouldn't just go to Gurduara on Sunday's we don't have a sabbath day, every
breath is precious everyday is our "sabbath" so to speak.
Dilpreet Singh to Ajmer Singh
Randhawa;
It was painful to describe the non-Sikh practice by 3ho & group they have
been degrading the Sikh standard of living and Introduces Silly stuff ,
1. They
continues following Non- Sikh practice under the Sikh label Like using statues
, Kundalni Yoga , Tantric Yoga, Astrology prediction, Name
"KHALSA" Which are strictly forbidden in Sikh practice and against
Sikh Codes of Conduct.
2. It was
Surprise to know when one of them calls reincarnation of goddess & Sikh
prominent.
3.They do not
hesitate in spoiling Sikh Guru Image in Proving there point some in discussion
went to said Guru Sahib Sang Hindus hymns , that was ridiculous experience
I had as they not even understand the Sikh basics and calling themselves with
name Guru & Khalsa.
4. They have
been organizes events which are further degrading Sikh like style:
"Friday Night
Yoga Dance Trance Kirtan Party"
5. 3HO singer, Snatam
Kaur Khalsa (In sikh dress), doing a video to Shiva. At one point in the video
she pictures the Harmandir Sahib! How dare they include the Darbar Sahib
in their sacrilegious crap!
We openly
challenges all these organization to discuss any concept on basics of Guru
Granth Sahib Ji, may Join us here Sikhism Group :
This was Hard to
see there continuation in degrading Sikh religion and our Leaders had pay no Intention
to them, I urge them to declare all these organization as CULT Non- Sikh
Organization.
Gursant Singh writes;
"Yogi Bhajan fits Sikh history into centuries of history of
Kundalini Yoga as a minor and unimportant episode of a group of people who
forgot their traditions in their era of persecution, and had to wait for Yogi
Bhajan the Messiah of Kundalini Yoga. He considers Guru Nanak and the
householder Sikhs to be one group of Kundalini sect, with Siri Chand and his
followers the other group. He completely forgets Guru Ram Das in this
tradition. Now he is the only Maha Tantric, the Only Kundalini Expert in the
world. Up till 1972 Yogi Bhajan never mentioned in the Beads, even the name of
Sant Hazara Singh who was murdered at Doraha, if I am not wrong. As Hazara
Singh died decades ago, the time gap had to be filled by a fictitious Mahan
Tantric from Tibet Lama Lilan Po. But Yogi Bhajan does not state
whether it was before or after the Chinese occupation. Did Lilan Po come
to Los Angeles or he flew to Tibet with the special
permission of the authorities. What surprises me is not that Yogi Bhajan can
fabricate such unbelievable and fabulous stories, but that educated Americans
in the proper frame of mind can believe all this balderdash. He claims that he
was a Kundalini Expert at the age of 14. This must be news even to his father,
who is living. None of his college mates, some of whom are in the U.S.A.,
will confirm any of this nonsense."
The quotations you
are giving concerning Kundalini and the practice of yoga are misquotes and
wrong interpretations from the English translation of Guru Granth by Manmohan
Singh.
The word Kundalini
is used only once in the whole of Adi Guru Granth by Bard Poet Gyand. The Gurus
used the word Bhuyangam meaning Serpent power. The Gurus criticize all Yogic
methods of controlling and awakening the Kundalini and they say that
Enlightenment and bliss cannot be attained by these yogic asanas and mere
awakening of the Kundalini. Here are a few comments by the Gurus:
(A) I have recited
and studied the Vedas; I have performed nauli-dhoti karma of cleaning the
intestine; I have awakened and controlled Kundalini (Serpent power) but still I have not been able
to get rid of the five lower passions. I am still ensnared by egoism. My
beloved friend, you cannot meet the Lord in this way. I have made many efforts.
At last I have fallen at the door of the true Enlightener and begged him to
give Wisdom and Light to my mind and soul. (Adi Granth, Guru Arjan, p 641)
(B) It
is I, it is me, boasts he, And in this egoism he is ensnared. You cannot meet
the Beloved in this way He has performed eighty four asanas Of
Yogis adept in Yoga techniques. He has thus wasted his years. He aims to
prolong his life. But he dies and would be born again and again. Alas, he has
not sought the companionship of the Lord. (Adi Granth, Guru Arjan, Sorath, p
642)
(C) I have
performed nauli-dhauti karma (of cleaning intestine), I have inflamed and
awakened the Serpent Power [Kundalini: Bhuyangam) by Pranayama
practice of inhaling (purak), Retention (kumbhak), exhaling
(rechak). Without the divine Wisdom of the True Guru no spiritual
realization can be attained. By such practices one wanders in wilderness
of delusion and drowns himself in the error. The spiritually blind cleans
his body from inside by filling and emptying air,
but he can never thereby clean the inner dirt and pollution within
him. Without contemplation of His Name with devotion all yogic
techniques and ritual cleaning of body from within are useless. They are like
jugglers who perform deceptive tricks. (Adi Granth, Guru Nanak, Prabhati, p
1343 line 8-21)
(D)
Friend, you cannot attain any peace whatsoever by nauli-dhauti (cleaning the
digestive system) and by becoming adept in eighty-four yogic asanas. For
many many years, you have recited the mantras (Jap) and did
penance through Yogic sadhana, and wandered about (the holy
places and teachers). Even for a moment you have not attained peace. O
Yogi, your mind still wanders away in craze for passions. (Adi Granth,
Majh V, p 98)
Premka
Kaur has summed up her views on Kundalini in the article under discussion
{Beads, 29, 30) as follows, and these words are one way or the other repeated
in all their major articles in which they aim to rationalize their Tantric
practices: "In this perfect ecstasy of Wahe-Guru a being glows and his
Kundalini rises from the base of his spine to the top of his head to the pineal
gland. The pineal gland radiates and the pituitary gland secretes. The Pineal
gland is the Dasam Duar or the Tenth Gate. This experience is the real Yoga and
without this experience there is no Sikh Dharma because Dharma is based upon
experience of this occurrence."
This statement of
Premka Kaur, inspired probably by her Master Bhajan Yogi, is undiluted nonsense
and shows that neither she, nor her Master, have had any real mystical and
spiritual experience as revealed in the Sikh scriptures and the Sikh Path. As
has been proved in the foregoing pages, there is not an atom of truth in this
statement. If this statement is the key to Premka and her Master's
understanding of Sikh Dharma, then I am afraid they have not understood the
ABCs of Sikh religion and mysticism. All these inane and stupid notions about
Pineal glands being the Dasam Duar (Tenth Seat of Consciousness)have absolutely
no place in Sikh scriptures and no place in Sikh theology and mysticism. The
Dasam Duar is the highest state of transcendent vision of God, where the Light
of God is visibly seen in all its infinite aspects. If Yogi Bhajan and Premka
Kaur are sure that their Pituitary and Pineal glands are giving out some
extraordinary secretions they should get them examined by some competent
medical scientist, and help the cause of science if not of mysticism. This
bluff-mysticism has no place in Sikhism, at least.
It is a pity that
this senseless article was reprinted by Sikh Sansar in their Theology Number
(Vol 6, 1) probably because they did not have anything better to print. It is a
matter of extreme regret that half a dozen learned members of the Editorial
Board of Sikh Sansar have not been able to do any editorial checking of the
article. Either they have never cared to read the Adi Guru Granth and Bhai
Gurdas intelligently all their lives, in which there are hundreds of hymns
clearly revealing the mystical experiences of Dasam Duar or they were so badly
in need of material that they considered any trash to be better than nothing. I
would feel honored if Dr Narinder Singh Kapany, the Chief Editor, and about
half a dozen learned Editors could be good enough to tell me what is
theologically correct in this article, which is full of criminal distortion of
Gurbani and other people's translations, and an open insult to Sikh mysticism
and scriptures."
Picture of Mariam Mary in Sikh insignia-Khanda
According to Sikhism, Jesus or
any other person who took birth in this world is not God. Sikhism has a clear
description of God. "God is One. He is the Supreme Truth. He the Creator
is without fear and without hate. He is immortal. He is neither born and nor
does He die. By Guru's grace shall He be met? Chant And Meditate on His Name.
In the beginning, He was the Truth. Throughout the ages, He has been the Truth.
He is the Truth now and He shall be the Truth forever" (Guru Granth Sahib
Ji, 1). "He has no form, no shape, no color; God is beyond these three
qualities. One understands Him, O Nanak, with whom God is pleased" (Guru
Granth Sahib Ji, 283).
Our believe in the one
true God is why we as Sikhs should find the sacrilegious misrepresentation of
our sacred Khalsa symbol "Khanda" by 3HOers who place the Catholic
virgin marry inside the Khanda and then put this image in their Gurdwara at
Espanola, so reprehensable.
This whole Christmas thing is
nothing more than a Catholic invention now used for commercial profit.
Christmas' origins are from a pagan roman holiday which the Christians adopted
in order to atract converts who wanted to party at this time of year. Notice
that the Virgin is depicted as a large figure while the Sikh Gurus are small
images adorning her. This virgin is the central image in the picture and she
stands higher than the Sikh Gurus. She is floating
above Guru Ram Dass Ji who is at her feet.
Misinterpretation of the Sikh
Ideal of Raj-Yoga:
Political and Spiritual
Sovereignty;
"In Winter the same year
this myth not only "seemed to be" but developed further. In the
Winter Solstice, Beads 16, 1972, Premka Kaur writes, "Yogiji is the Mahan
Tantric of this time. At any given period of time there is only one living
Mahan Tantric on the earth. Yogiji studied Tantric Yoga under Sant Hazara
Singh, the last living Master, and when he died, he passed the light onto Lama
Lilan Po, who passed it to Yogiji. He teaches White Tantra." (page
26)
Now that this myth was made
known to 3HO yogis, it had to be given a historical garb. This was done by a
number of speeches of Yogi Bhajan which his theorists have summed up in Kundalini
Quarterly, Summer 1976: "Tantric Yoga was practiced in couples of male and
female. It cleansed the subconscious of all phobias and psychological problems.
It was practiced only under the guidance of a person called the Mahan Tantric.
There existed only one such person in the world at any one time." (page 3)
Natural disasters and wars took their toll. At that point in history over
26,000 years ago, many seers, scholars, yogis and their followers took
materials and went into the hills of Tibet. There for 900 years they
stayed with the hope of preserving that knowledge. Unfortunately they did not
always practice them. The original Kundalini Yoga survived, but it had become a
secret oral tradition, (page 7) About 500 years ago, a stage came in India where
many of the techniques were learned or rediscovered. Guru Nanak, Baba Siri
Chand, Guru Gobind Singh and others reintegrated this ancient technology into
their contemporary life and practices. The breath mantra, meditation, exercise
and community living were all taught to everyone. This gave rise to a group of
practitioners called the Sikhs, as well as to new groups of ascetic yogis who
did not look down on the life of a householder. Since 1969, the West has had a
unique opportunity to learn meditation techniques of Kundalini Yoga without
secrecy and personality cults. Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga and the
present Mahan Tantric has learned, experienced and mastered the ancient
techniques from all these sources. He has been a recognized teacher and master
of Kundalini Yoga since he was fourteen years old. He has been teaching these
techniques openly in the manner compatible with the Western living pace.
(Kundalini Quarterly, Summer Solstice 1976, page 8)
Patanjali's Yoga has been called Raja Yoga (Kingly or Royal Yoga) by
Vivekananda and other great savants. Later on, every school of Yoga started
applying this term to their own school of Yoga. So in Yoga
literature this term simply means Royal Yoga or the Chief and outstanding Yoga.
Yogi Bhajan applies it to his own brand of Yoga. Sikhism is not
a school of Yoga, and as we have seen, it is highly critical of
many Yoga systems, and positively the antithesis of Tantric Yoga. But Yogi Bhajan's
theorists who are expert in distorting scriptures and translations employ the
same trick on the interpretation of Raja Yoga also:
Patanjali's Yoga has been called Raja Yoga (Kingly or Royal Yoga) by

Royal Yoga or the Chief and outstanding Yoga. Yogi Bhajan applies it to his own
brand of Yoga. Sikhism is not a school of Yoga, and as we have
seen, it is highly critical of many Yoga systems, and positively the antithesis
of Tantric Yoga. But Yogi Bhajan's theorists who are expert in distorting
scriptures and translations employ the same trick on the interpretation of Raja
Yoga also:
(1) Premka Kaur's
distorted version;
Raj jog takhat dian
Guru Ram Das. The throne of Raja Yoga was
given to Guru Ram Das forever. p 1399, p 4621 M.M.S.
Manmohan Singh's
Correct Translation;
Guru Amardas has
blessed Guru Ram Das with the secular and spiritual throne.
Gursant Singh
answers;
Premka Kaur has again taken
illegal steps to attribute to Manmohan Singh her own translation, with a motive
that is quite clear. The complete text and translation of the verse states that
"First it was Nanak Chand who brought to the world Light and Wisdom and
then he gave his Sovereign powers and wealth to Angad who gave them to Amardas
who gave this throne (gaddi) or Raj-Yoga [Miri Piri) to Guru Ram Das.
(2) Premka Kaur's
distorted version;
Guru Arjan
kaluchare tain raj jog ras janio O Guru Arjan,
thou knowest the essence of Raj Yoga. (p 1408, p 4652 M.M.S.)
Manmohan Singh's
correct version;
Says Kali, the
bard, thou, O Guru Arjan Dev knowest the relish of both the secular and
spiritual sovereignties. (p 1408, p 4652 M.M.S.)
Gursant Singh answers;
God alone knows what will
happen to Manmohan Singh's translation of the Adi Guru Granth if Premka Kaur
and other 3HO Writers misuse and mishandle it as they have done here. These
very Bard Poets have made it clear that this Raj-Yoga is Miri Piri in Persian
and it is the well-known doctrine of Political and Spiritual Sovereignty. Guru
Nanak and his successors were all called True King (Sacha Patshah) and for the
whole of the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries the Sikhs paid their loyalty only
to this concept. Bard Harbans says:
Guru Arjan sir
chatar ap parmesiuar dio God Himself
bestowed the Umbrella of Sovereignty on Guru Arjan.
chatar singhasan
pirthami Guru Arjan ko de ayio
(Before his
ascension Guru Ram Das) gave the throne and the umbrella of sovereignty of the
whole world to Guru Arjan. (Adi Granth, Swaiyai Bhat
Harbans, p 1409)
Thus the word Raj jog are two
different words having the same meaning as Miri (Political Authority) and Piri
(Spiritual Authority). In the first verse Raj jog Takhat dian Guru Ram Das,
both 'j' of Raj and *g' of Jog in Punjabi have orthographic marks called aunkad
which is put below these letters. These are grammatical indications of the fact
that they are both nouns and separate words. It has nothing to do with Raja
Yoga of the Yogic Cults, which are in no way related to thrones or umbrellas of
sovereignty.
Sovereignty;

You can see the
menacing image of Yogi Bhajan overshadowing this Anand Karaj (Sikh wedding) of
an innocent couple in the 3HO Espanola Gurdwara:
Let's face it,
3HO is Yogi Bhajan! As long as 3HO Sikhs keep pictures and paintings in their
Gurdwaras of Yogi Bhajan and continue promoting YB's teachings like they're
from a satguru, then 3HO and all the other organizations YB created will fail.
They'll never gain respect from the traditional Sikh community and as we are
seeing with the infighting and lawsuits, their status even as legitimate non
profit yoga teachers will go down in flames. 3HOers need to distance themselves
from Yogi bhajan soon or they're doomed.

Put some clothes and a head
covering on that naked Yogi visiting the Darbar Sahib. Is the half naked yogi
in the painting Baba Siri Chand
This painting was evidently a gift from Yogi Bhajan’s followers to a newly married couple as shown in this video:
The Myth of the Mahan Tantric
and Baba Siri chand from "Sikhism and Tantric yoga"
3ho keep images & idols
of Baba Siri chand. Why? Its mentioned in Guru Granth Sahib that
they did not accept Guru Nanak as their Guru. Then what’s the meaning of
keeping images/idols of traitors? If idol of Siri Chand is art work, then
idol of Baba Ram Rai can also be the art work!"

Yogi Bhajan controlling theTantric shakti power has no place in the Darbar of
the Siri Guru Granth Sahib! or at any Sikh wedding. The Sikh Gurus
condemned these Tantrics as atheists, epicureans and called them Shaktas, the
perverts. Gurumustuk of Sikhnet shot this photo which is in perfect focus with
the wedding couple and the Yogi Bhajan painting. Gurumustuk is a Yogi Bhajan
follower who has a hidden agenda to promote these tantric practices of Yogi
Bhajan.

further appreciates and writes to Ajmer Singh Randhawa as;
"Thanks Singh
Sahib. Actually problem of these so called yogi is they just read bani to find
kundilini, yoga and raj yoga words. and start their monkey act. It is clearly
mentioned that whats the meaning of yoga in Gurbani. Either they are dumbo and
can not understand bani or they are very clever and misquote bani for their
business gain. Yesterday one lady told me that they charge $500 per student for
three days yoga class. So its their business not religion and they are selling
their product in the rapper of Gurbani. Very shameful
act."
Pratam Singh Sukhmani kaur :
1) Mool mantar is a mantar to clear the mind in
order to absorb bani. It's not a magic trick, it's a practical way to get away
from our usual worldly talk.
2) Gurmantar is guru sahibs prescribed medicine for
the mind. Guruji is the physician and we must take his remedy to kill the Panj
dhoots from our mind. Now chanting Vahiguroo without vichaar of the naam is as
u say "mechanically repeating", we must be blessed with Gurprasad to
witness the fruits of our raj jog etc so chanting Vahiguroo naam while not
doing vichaar simultaneously is like chewing food and spitting it out without
swallowing it.
3) Gurbani is vast it's like comparing your house
with the whole world, although u know every inch of yer house u don't know much
of anything around the far corners of the earth and u must go on quests in
order to discover what u don't know, then also just because u walk for miles
doesn't mean u studied each mile u walked. In other words per mile u walked
means u didn't study the whole square mile, in order to study one square mile
means u must walk it multiple times going over 6-7+ miles worth of walking.
Same as reciting things u think u know might eventually get u to discover all
the species of that area. In example: you know not to lie, you know only truth
is real, yet you still lie, u teach your kids not to lie yet u still lie, u
know not to cheat yet to make things easier to achieve means u cheat, it's a
simple concept yet we are too stupid to grasp to goal of accomplishing the
simple steps. We need to constantly remind ourselves how stupid we are (jap tap
sanjum dharam na kamaeea..,,,,,) for not "baking the cake properly"
because we always skip a step but want the perfect outcome etc. Just the same
as warning signs, although we know not to put our hand in a machine (because it
will get smashed/cut etc) we still post signs around and yet still someone
smashes their hand. Reciting things over and over is our warning sign or
reminder to even subliminally follow our Guruji. Repetitive actions or reciting
makes it easier for u to merge into that idea or action. The more u recite
gurbani the easier it is for u to extract the message, when u got gurbani kanth
u can extract the message before even hearing the whole shabad etc hukamnamey
are a good example of having heard something before but needing to manifest the
message in yer mind at that exact moment. This is a really deep philosophy and
cannot be easily explained with redundancy and that's y some shabads are the same
be explained in a number of different ways.’
My point is the subconscious mind is pummeled by
worldly filth and only the true Gursikhs will recognize and cleanse that aspect
of the body/soul. The rest of humans will be too caught up in the physical body
to even understand the concept of antarjami. "
Pritam Singh Sukhmani Kaur blames 3 ho;
Yep 3ho also sells $5 karas for $90 because they
carved Gurbani on it.
Sukhmandir Kaur replies;
In 3HO no one charges
for reading Gurbani. Akhand paaths are done completely for free. I never heard
of charging for Akhand paath until I met Punjabi Sikhs and never realized that
it is a business. I was shocked that anyone would take money for reading
Guru Granth Sahib. In 3HO people who want to participate in paath take turns
reading. Usually they start out with doing unbroken paath from 8 volume steeks.
Some people read English translation and others read Gurmukhi who can.
There is a group of
premee pathee I read with and we did like this until we could all read Gurbani
and then began reading proper AKhand path from Guru Granth Sahib. It took us 70
hours on our first attempt with our core group of four and a couple of others to
help. Since then we read in many Akhand Paaths and Sejh from Guru Granth Sahib
entirely for free. We still encourage those who cannot read Gurbani to read in
English as a starting point but never take money for this!!! I've lost rack now
of how many Sidharan paths completed on my own from Guru Granth Sahib, this is
due to learning and practicing while in #HO and to a dedicated path teacher who
stook over me countless times for countless hours correcting my mistakes who
launched me on my first sejh paath. He was A singh of Punjabi origin
from UK whose father was a Punjabi teacher but never taught him to
speak Punjabi only English and he had to learn to read Gurbani from other
Singhs. He was very kind to me and I learned with great difficulty and persevere.
I am forever grateful to have learned Gurbani and paath absolutely for free
while with 3HO and from a dedicated sevadar of Khalsa paanth.
So yoga is a way
of breaking with the influence of world. Some people who do Kundalini yoga
engage with Sikhism and some do not. Some are interested in Sikhism and others
are not. Sikhism and Kundalini Yoga are separate. I had someone ask me once
what does Kundalini believe? HUH? I told can't answer that, Kundalini is not a
belief its an exercise, I am a Sikh and I believe as a Sikh, I can only share
my Sikh belief which has nothing to do with Kundalini.
Sikhnet always raises tons of money I
think the embezzle from it. Even if they "aren't" a commercial site
they advertise for commercial websites, companies and individuals (so no I
didn't kill the guy but I paid someone to kill him etc.) I see some akhand
paath issues as a catch 22 for a few reasons:
If it's free then you'll get everyone
requesting one at their house forcing the granthi to flat out say NO because of
demand.
2) it shouldn't cost X amount of
dollars to do akhand paat, it should be a donation not a "price".
3) 3ho makes tons of money selling yoga
so they can do "seva" of akhand paat so they don't look too greedy.
When the do yoga for free then I'll care that they don't charge for paath.
When I would ask questions of Guru
Granth paath the Gurduara decided to give me Maharaj seva at home for free and
were surprised I came back with a large donation they didn't even want it but I
insisted to donate it to the Gurduara funds etc. I'm not quick enough to read
akhand paath so I do my own sahej paath until I can read quick enough. I don't
believe in selling paath but it's not easy dropping what yer doing to do a paath
at someones house so I can see the donation as being a way to get two birds
with one stone so to speak, if we all learn to read Gurbani then these problems
won't be an issue but some can't read and want a paath done when they request
so finding people to do it free would be hard to find (with peoples busy
schedules etc)
This is a good issue that the jathedars
brought up. Kundalini is a belief. Kundalini is a noun. The chakra system is a
way to make this kundalini rise from the lower chakra etc (basically it's load
of crap) I'd rather pretend if I talk to big bird that Elmo will rise from some
chakra :
I bet she associated kundalini with
being a Hindu sect U could have said a lot of nonsense from 3ho like:
“REVOLVE YOUR LIFE AROUND SUMMER AND
WINTER SOLSTICE AND EVERYTHING WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF.” YOGI BHAJAN”.
He is basically saying care about the
retarded placement of the sun and it won't matter if yer an idiot following my
manmat.
SimranKaur Khalsa : This is one of
the greatest meditations you can practice. It has considerable transformational
powers. The personal identity is rebuilt, giving the individual a new
perspective on the Self. It retrains the mind. According to the tantra
shastras, it can purify your past karma and the subconscious impulses that may
block you from fulfilling you. It balances all the 27 facets of life and mental
projection, and gives you the pranic power of health and healing. It
establishes inner happiness and a state of flow and ecstasy in life. It opens
your inner universe to relate, co-create, and complete the external universe.
This meditation balances the Teacher
aspect of the mind. It acts on all the other aspects like a mirror to reveal
their true nature and adds corrections. You act as a human being not just a
human doing. If the Teacher aspect is too strong, you risk a spiritual ego,
which becomes too attached to the ability to detach and to be “above” normal
struggles. When the Teacher aspect is too weak, you can mis- use your spiritual
and teaching position for personal advantage.
“Of all the 20 types of yoga, including
Kundalini Yoga, this is the highest Kriya. This meditation cuts through all
darkness. It will give you a new start. It is the simplest kriya, but at the
same time the hardest. It cuts through all barriers of the neurotic or
psychotic inside-nature. When a person in a very bad state, techniques imposed
from the outside will not work. The pressure has to be stimu- lated from
within. The tragedy of life is when the subconscious releases garbage into the
conscious mind. This kriya invokes the Kundalini to give you the necessary
vitality and intuition to combat the negative effects of the subconscious mind.
There is no time, no place, no space, and no condition attached to this mantra.
Each garbage point has its own time to clear. If you are going to clean your
own garbage, you must estimate and clean it as fast as you can, or as slow as
you want. Start practicing slow- ly—the slower the better. Start with five
minutes a day, and gradually build the time to either 31 or 62 minutes. Maximum
time is 2-1/2 hours for practice of this meditation.” - YOGIBHAJAN
"There is
nothing knowm as kundalini. If would had been there. Y there r so many blasts
and other sort of things going on you can't these people stop these things. The
people who claim kundalini being jagrut in them can not even predict their own
future. These are just the tricks of these guys to attract more people as
people in India r fools to hear and follow them, but a Gursikh will
never ever give any importance to the fool yogis. Cause naam is every
thing... if u like yoga, go for it but don’t bring Gurbani or Guru Sahiban
into this nonsense because if yoga was a part of our guru sahib's life or
philosophy, i m sure they would have written some literature on it, or had
Gotten a Singh to write it but that never happened...gatka is popular,
Gurbani is our way of life but yoga??????????? this is being forced on
us...mind u i m not against yoga, the exercise but PLEASE FOR GOD'S
SAKE GRAB A LIFE; DONT RELATE IT TO GURU SAHIBAN"
I came to the
Guru, to learn the Way of Yoga.
ਮੋ ਕਉ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸਬਦਿ ਬੁਝਾਇਓ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
The True Guru has revealed it to me through the Word of the Shabad.
||1||Pause||
He is contained in the nine continents of the world, and within this body; each
and every moment, I humbly bow to Him.
I have made the Guru's Teachings my ear-rings, and I have enshrined the One
Formless Lord within my being. ||1||
ਪੰਚ ਚੇਲੇ ਮਿਲਿ ਭਏ ਇਕਤ੍ਰਾ ਏਕਸੁ ਕੈ ਵਸਿ ਕੀਏ ॥
I have brought the five disciples together, and they are now under the control
of the one mind.
ਦਸ ਬੈਰਾਗਨਿ ਆਗਿਆਕਾਰੀ ਤਬ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਜੋਗੀ ਥੀਏ ॥੨॥
When the ten hermits become obedient to the Lord, then I became an immaculate
Yogi. ||2||
ਭਰਮੁ ਜਰਾਇ ਚਰਾਈ ਬਿਭੂਤਾ ਪੰਥੁ ਏਕੁ ਕਰਿ ਪੇਖਿਆ ॥
I have burnt my doubt, and smeared my body with the ashes. My path is to see
the One and Only Lord.
ਸਹਜ ਸੂਖ ਸੋ ਕੀਨੀ ਭੁਗਤਾ ਜੋ ਠਾਕੁਰਿ ਮਸਤਕਿ ਲੇਖਿਆ ॥੩॥
I have made that intuitive peace my food; the Lord Master has written this
pre-ordained destiny upon my forehead. ||3||
ਜਹ ਭਉ ਨਾਹੀ ਤਹਾ ਆਸਨੁ ਬਾਧਿਓ ਸਿੰਗੀ ਅਨਹਤ ਬਾਨੀ ॥
In that place where there is no fear, I have assumed my Yogic posture. The
unstruck melody of His Bani is my horn.
ਤਤੁ ਬੀਚਾਰੁ ਡੰਡਾ ਕਰਿ ਰਾਖਿਓ ਜੁਗਤਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਮਨਿ ਭਾਨੀ ॥੪॥
I have made contemplation upon the essential reality my Yogic staff. The Love
of the Name in my mind is my Yogic lifestyle. ||4||
ਐਸਾ ਜੋਗੀ ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਭੇਟੈ ਮਾਇਆ ਕੇ ਬੰਧਨ ਕਾਟੈ ॥
By great good fortune, such a Yogi is met, who cuts away the bonds of Maya.
Nanak serves and adores this wondrous person, and kisses his feet.

If people did
yoga there wouldn't be some secret oral history of this garbage yoga rhetoric.
I can't see y people try to pass off this yoga as Sikhi. If Gurusahiban did
yoga the they would have been totally known as yoga and they would have
promoted yoga in simple words saying "do yoga" but that's not the
case. Guruji didn't want to disrespect all the people who spent their entire
life hoping yoga will work so he used them as a reference.
Sikhi is naam
not yoga, yoga doesn't make u understand naam due to some Vedic science.
Guruji referred to yogis for their dedication level but he always teaches the
Sikh to put that dedication towards Simran naam vichaar.
People are
trying to get people to feel guilty that they arent soon yoga so people lie to
get u to abandon Sikhi and put yer faith in lame yoga.
All the attacks
at Sikhi are lies withers changing history, twisting gurbani or bribing
people with being a leader. (all these yoga teachers feel this power, all
these dera babey feel the power, all these people all are nothing if they
aren't misleading people as a teacher)
Read Gurbani
stating a true Gurmukh is rare, all this yoga stuff claims they can make millions
of clones, and they arent Gurmukh.
Gurbani isn't a
rulebook, it is a guide.
The division of
Sikhs is the infiltration of these yoga robots that ignore gurbani yet claim to
be absorbed in it's message.
I could
go on and on but it is ALWAYS ignored because it completely damages the
3ho protocol.
U might
"need" yoga because u can't extract the message of simple shabads and
the description manmat of the asana and false meditations is yer only way to
have access to information u are seeking to discover.
How come I don't
need yoga but u do????
Yer yoga
rhetoric is like saying u can't run or jog to get a heart rate and that u must
do cheerleader aerobics wearing a spandex suit listening to "maniac"
by Michael sembello;
Now I equate yer
yoga while adoring gurbani as fighting and hurting someone while donating bone
marrow to them afterwards. If it contradicts then it doesn't make much sense.
Read the shabad i posted. It's simple and its one of many that 3ho will not
teach it's paid students.
Gay wedding ;
Yogi Bhajan’s
3HO Sikhs participate in this gay wedding. Decide for yourself if the Tantric
yoga Yogi Bhajan taught his students is damaging or not. “Moreover this gay
sikh is relative of Grand-nephew of Yogi Bhajan (Master of Kundalini Yoga).
They (3HO people ) are making Gora people sikhs.. how they can teach them basic
principals of Sikhi when the are disrespecting Sikhi.”
Gay Wedding offends Sikh Sentiments! Sikhi rejects Homosexuality; it is unnatural and is seen as offensive behaviour towards God. God has made man for women, this is the laws of nature. So why does a So-called Sikh wear his kara, dastar and kirpan and marry another man. This is taking the mick out of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s uniform.
Poet Warrior’s Note: If you are a real
Sikh you will never present yourself in public looking like this. In fact, true
Sikhs are duty bound to emulate the Lord Of The Falcons at all times, and thus
must always be in the utmost presentable form when present in public. A Sikh in
public is representing not only himself or herself but the entire Sikh Nation.
In the above picture, you will see how
jazzy normally looks, why couldn’t he have just got married like that?
If the Panth can’t get a letter of
apology from jazzy, we got no honour left!
If Gurbani was recited, we should get an apology from the peopleresponsible
too, its only right!
Where are all the Sikh organizations,
no point doing parchaar if you are not going to attack this great disrespect of
the Sikh uniform and Gurbani. Someone please do something, on a diplomatic
level. If we don’t do something we will see a Gay wedding in a Gurdwara, or in
the presence of Sri Guru Granth Sahib JI. Do nothing then, Nothing changes!

In the end a letter before I
conclude here;
Pritam Singh Sukhmani Kaur December 25.2010
Gurfateh ji,
Most of it is garbage rhetoric. Don't listen to
anything they say. Keep this as a record because they all say the same thing
verbatim. When I talk to Gursant Singh on the phone we normally talk for a
minimum of 1hour so all this is difficult to fully explain by typing etc:
1) Harbhajan puri came to USA to make
money.
2) he needed a job that made him do nothing
and gain power so he saw stupid hippies that do drugs would fall for his hippy
yoga. The band called the beatles went to India and did all the yoga
crap so he thought he'd give it a try. Yoga has a guru and students so he made
himself the guru and started collecting idiots till modern day. He did sex yoga
stuff with women and that's y a lot of women are so defensive to protect him.
3) he totally twisted Sikhi so their version of Sikhi doesn't sound like manmat
because he raised them to think it's normal, he used dera tactics.
4) go to rickross.com he has lots of info like
Gursant singh has about harbhjan puri like court affidavits that yogi puri
raped people and stole and lots of other crimes. I think he paid people off to
not prosecute him etc
5) since he died he can't hide the corruption
further, he promoted gays, he twisted gurbani to brainwash with yoga, he made
money by crimes, he manipulated all the yoga students and those who left
weren't stupid to fall for his power ego etc....
I could go on forever. They try to manipulate u by
yogi puri tactics, they blends lies with some truth and they try to relate to u
with some truth but feed u lies to get what they want. What do they want?? They
want u to stop exposing yoga, they want u to pretend yoga is just their way of
Sikhi. Sikhi is Sikhi Gurmat is Gurmat. Yoga isn't a Sikh practice and they
want to take over Sikhi by introducing yoga as another Sikh practice.
I could get deeper into this issue if u ask me
specific questions if I haven't been thorough enough by my brief message.
Wahiguroo ji.
Ajmer Singh Randhawa
